Duration: This is a seven-month-long diploma program consisting of two trimesters, particularly class time in the evening and weekend. Trismster I and II will take six months, and one more month will be extended for the research project. Each term has ten weeks of instruction with a one-week recess between the first and the second trimester. Each course is expected to include three contact hours per week (lecturing, seminars, and workshops) with an average of 10 hours of student effort (preparation) per week. A standard 0.5-module unit course runs for one trimester. This postgraduate diploma program is intended for students with a solid academic background and/or relevant work experience. As such, the program will be both reading and writing intensive, and students should commit to studying full-time (30-40 hours per week).
Tuition Fees: 250,000 MMK
Scholarship Opportunities:Some applicants are considered for scholarship funding of up to 50% of tuition fees. Scholarships will be awarded based on the candidates' financial needs and academic background. And scholarship awardees need to maintain at least a 3.0 GPA per semester.

The objectives of the Diploma in Public Policy are as follows:

To enable students to develop and implement policies that address complex societal issues.
To enhance students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for effective policy development and implementation.

Applicants shall:
have passed the matriculation examination,
have basic knowledge of public policy,
have an intermediate level of English.
