About this Course

​

​The Diploma Programme in Governance and Public Administration (GPA) will provide students a holistic understanding of the challenges facing administrators and leaders in the public sector. This will be based on a historical overview of the theories and practices that have shaped public administration as a profession, and critically applying these lessons to the Myanmar context. Students will also learn about Myanmar’s public sector, from national to local level, and key topics related to public administration such as budgeting, planning, and governance reform.
